RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your 
Velnari mask, email us at velnari.official@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

To keep things simple for our customers, most refund requests are handled 
without requiring a return shipment. Once your request is approved, we'll 
process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business 
days.

For defective or damaged items, please include a photo so we can resolve 
the issue quickly — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Items must be unused and in original condition where a return is requested.
